Nithin, 23 years old, is a vocational student at the MES Special School (Aluva, Kerala) for differently abled children. He is diagnosed to have hereditary spastic paraparesis, so relies on wheelchair for mobility. He needs lifelong Baclofen pump refills every quarter and rehab services adding up to one lakh per year.
