This help Request is for Santhosh a Kidney Patient. Santhosh is my sister's neighbor and known the family for several years. Santhosh had done kidney transplant about 15 years with a donor kidney from his wife. They are daily wage labourers and have two children. He is also undergoing dialysis every week.
