58yr heart patient seeking help

A heart patient - Jose Jacob, 58 yrs, is seeking help for his treatment and survival of the family. He had a heart attack 4 months back and an angioplasty was done last month. His 3 children are in college. Wife is helping at a house and that is family’s only income. She also couldn’t work much when he was sick. They have lot of debts from kids’ education and his treatment and the family through a financial burden now. Pls lend a hand to this family. Thank you .
