This help request is for Suresh K .G. He was the sole bread winner for his family of four which includes his wife and a school aged kid and an 80-year-old mother. His right leg had to be amputated below the knee due to a motor vehicle accident. He has a below knee limb prosthesis that has to be replaced every year and cannot afford it.
