Rosy Ouseph, is a widow, whose husband died around 13 years ago.

Her son, Shaiju (Now 45 years), who was taking care of her, had a Brain Hemorrhage around 12 years ago and was paralyzed on his left-side. He continued to support his mother by doing menial jobs, like selling lottery. 4 years after the initial Hemorrhage , he had another stroke and was paralyzed completely. The continued life struggles put a lot of mental stress on Rosy, Shaiju's mother. She has been struggling with her mental health in the last few years.

Rosy's daughter, who is a nun, has been the source of spiritual support.

They have no source of income to meet the very high and demanding medical expenses for Shaju's medicines and physical therapy.
