This is a help request for Anthony Sebastian who is suffering with mental disorders and is struggling to pay necesary expenses. He is constantly attending the doctor to attain to his mental disabilities. Both him and his brother Thomas Sebastian, who also has mental abnormalities, are living off of an income of Rs. 1000 which they attained through old age pension.
