Help Request for Bedridden Widow with 2 kids

Shanti lost her husband 6 years ago. Shanti has two kids 12 & 11 years old. She suffers from a blood disease that causes internal bleeding. She is bedridden for the last 7 months. Need to go to medical college every 2 weeks for blood check ups & have to take medications on a regular basis. Need help to continue the treatment.
