Dear Mr. Thomas,

It is after a long time that I contact you.Hope you are fine.

I am now forwarding a request by Mr. Ramachandran. He was laid up for the last 23 years after falling from the top of a tree.He is paralyzed and bedridden. He lost his only son after an accident some years back. Now lives with his daughter.

He has no other means to live.. Every now and then he has to go to hospital for the treatment of bed sore.

I know him for the last several years.A few years back he received help from Help save Life.

I shall be happy if you can help him in his pitiable condition.All the documents are attached.
