Jithu, 21 years old, is a vocational student at the MES Special School for differently abled children in Aluva, Kerala. He has speech impairment and no motor skills due to muscular weakness. He relies on wheelchair to move around. He lost both his parents, and currently being cared by his aunt who is also ill. He is taking medicines for Epilepsy. His family is struggling to support the educational and medical needs for Jithu.
