This is a hHelp Request from Rosamma Xavier a heart patient. She has been suffering from heart failure issues (Coronary artery related failure) and underwent angioplasty. She has also an issue with nerve growth over blood vessels in brain and hence cant undergo more surgeries. Her husband faced a bus accident and and lost his one leg. she has a son who is mentally retarded and has a issue with nerve grown in brain. This family is now surviving with the help of neighbors and good hearted people around.
