This help request is for Aprel Thankachan. He is suffering from kidney disease for serveral years and need 3 dialysis per week. As a result he is not able to go for work. They have 3 kids and staying in a small house in 5cent land. They have lot of debt. Family is finding it difficult to meet the treatment expense and need our help.
