Sini is suffering from pancreatic cancer and undergoing Chemo after surgery. She has to take expensive medicines, since pancreas is removed. She has one daughter and one son and living with aged mother. Her husband is also under medication for diabetic. They are struggling to meet all the expenses and requesting for help.
