Joseph K Sebastian is a peon at school in Cherpu, Thrissur Dt. He is 36 years old and happened to suffer from Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease. With the help of relatives and friends he was able to get a liver transplant done at Aster MIMS at Calicut that costed 19 Lacs. As a follow up to the liver transplant, Joseph needs to be medicines for a year that costs about 15,000 per month. He has three children who are in primary school and is seeking help to fund his medicines that can get him back on his feet to sustain the family.
