The help request is received from Mrs Kunjamma Yohanan, Poikayil house, Chelakompu P.O., Karukachal, Kottayam- 686540 for her younger son, Mr Nibumon, P.Y., 27 years, undergoing medical treatment for Nasal Cancer (Carcinoma Nasopharynx) at the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvanathapuram. The applicant is a widow with 3 children. She was looking after the family with wages she gets from daily casual work and now she is unable to do any work due to chest pain. Now her elder son is taking care of the family from wages he gets from coolie work. Now her younger son Mr.Nibumon is suffering from nasal cancer and undergoing treatment. The family is very poor financially and they are in distress as to how to continue with the treatment and daily living. Therefore, the request is made for financial help from fellow brothers and sisters for continuing the medical treatment of the cancer patient.
