Emergency operation for Chinnu Joy

Chinnu is a 22 year old girl suffering from blood related problems by birth onwards and undergoing treatment. Recenlty she had gone through an operation and had to do another one in January 2021. But due to the financial issue she was not able to do it. The operation is now set for Feb 12th 2021. Please see more details in the attached files.

Can we consider this as an emergency case and help her to do the operation.
