Sajan Mathew (40 yrs ) had a bypass surgery in 2018, and now both of his kidneys are failed due to chronic kidney disease stage V. He requires lifelong hemodialysis and medications which cost approximately 25,000 rupees per month. He has 4 children and living in a rental house. As he is a heart and kidney patient, he is not able to work. So he need help to pay for ongoing dialysis and treatment. Any help to this family at this difficult time will be greatly appreciated.
