Note from the priest who was the director of orphanage at the time:

I am writing this letter for Chandra Bhushan, one of my former students who studied at De Paul orphanage, New Delhi. When he was very young he lost his parents and he spent all his life in our home. We educated him as much as he wanted and finally after graduation he did his interior designing Course. As he was working in a reputed Company, his both the kidneys stop working and he has to have two dialysis in a week. At present he is totally depending on his two younger brothers who were also at De Paul home.

So I request you to help this young man to live few more years in this world with his brothers. Thanking you all in anticipation for your great support and help for this young man of 30 years.
