Help request for Sasi , Kidney disease

This help request is for Mr.Sasi M.K, 51 years . He is diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease stage 5and his two kidneys are totally damaged. He is on regular medications and twice weekly hemodialysis from 05/11/2016 onwards . He needs hemodialysis life long, this will cost him Rs. 5000/- per week. He and his wife are residing in a damaged house and he has no children or relatives to support for his lively hood.
