This request is from Mr.Thomas TD (age 60), a Multiple myeloma cancer patient. Mr.Thomas has been undergoing treatment since February 2020 at Regional Cancer Center. He was an auto driver; now, he cannot go for work after this malign cancer complication. Mr.Thomas has his wife and two children. He also has to take care of his brother and father, who live him. Mr.Thomas and his family live in a small house that is built in a five cents land property. He has no other income currently.
