This is for Alphonsa Catherin Jose, Pazhamchirayil , Kuruppanthara , Kottayam, Kerala who is 10 years old and suffering with Cerebral Palsy since birth. She is 10 years old and still not able to speak or walk. She needs constant care as she gets seizure intermittently. Her parents Jose and his wife quit their job to take care of Alphonso, Alphonsa has one younger sister.
