Help request for Meeran Sahib for treatment

Meeran Sahib is my neighbor. He used to take care of his family by selling lottery tickets and other household jobs. Couple of years ago he fell down from a ladder and one of his leg has to be amputated because he is also a diabetics patient. He cannot work and he was the main bread winner of the family. He also is in need of support for his treatment. I request all you to help Meeran Sahib and his family.
