Help request for treatment of Thomas Kurian

This help request for the treatment of Thomas Kurian. He is my neighbor and we personally know the family for very long time. Thomas used to work in a Rubber estate and now he is unable go for work as he cannot walk or stand for long time due to diabetes and Varicose vein problems. He was recently admitted to the hospital and now he has to take rest and take medication. He is the only earner in the family. I request you all to help Thomas and family for his treatment.
