Help request from Sathi for her husband Ayyappan, 62 years, who survived a motor vehicle accident last month with severe leg fracture. He underwent an internal fixation surgery with special implants and now recovering at home unable to walk or move for six months. Sathi, a daily wage worker, is now caring for her husband full time and unable to work.
