I belong to a poor family in a poor village. I have a son eighteen years old' named

Hrikrishnan. He has been ailing by illness by birth. He is'suffering from cerebral palsy disease'

He needs continues proper treatment. He can't do his routine himself' He always needs others

help. I can't always observe my sick child because I am the oflly person who seeks work' Ten

years ago his father died. After my husband's death miseries became more worse' No relative

could help me. Besides sick there is a seventy year old mother who also sick person' our family

is below the poverty line. occasionalty I go to the work the neighbouring houses and 8et very

low wages, it is insufficient to buy the medicine fot my child and mother' Sometimes mv

neighbouring people help me and my child. The treatment cost Rs 6000/- above per month'

with this miserable condition I can,t live peacefully. so humbly request to you and your firm

help me the maximum with money and medical aid.
