K.T. Ramachandran - Paraplegic patient

I am proposing the name of 61 year old Mr.K.T.Ramachandran, a paraplegic patient for your kind consideration. I know him for the last two years. I visit him every month as a volunteer of the palliative care society .

He was a rubber tapping worker and he fell from the top of a coconut tree 18 years back. Now he is paralysed and so he is on wheel chair. It is very difficult for him to make both ends meet. He has severe bed sore and so many other medical problems.

He has wife and one daughter and son.By misfortune the son met with an accident and is no more. Now the daughter and her husband are with him. He is a daily wage woker and that is not sufficient to the huge expenses of the treatment.

The certificate from the doctor, Panchayat member and other details are attached.
