Help request for Arsha

This is a help request from Noby for the treatment of his 3 years old daughter Arsha. Arsha is not able to hear from berth and as a result she is not able to talk also. This can be fixed by surgery at young age. We have helped similar cases in the past and kids were able to recover completely. Noby is from a poor family and is not in a position to afford the surgery. Let us please help this family in their time of need.
