Help request from Sureshkumar,40 years old .His two kidneys are not functioning and doctors adviced immediate kidney transplantation .Approximately 27 lakh rupees are needed for this transplantation.He is under treatment of Lakeshore hospital Ernakulam.He was working as a security in an institution and now not able to do any work.He is the only bread maker of his family with wife ,three small children and old father.They are financially very backward and not able to manage expense of treatment.Now he is depending on generous people for medicine.
