Help request for Vijayan, who is a heart patient for the last 15 years. He underwent bypass surgery but need medication on a daily basis. He is low wage earner selling lottery tickets. The family is not able to meet the education expenses for their 2 kids and the daily medication for Vijayan. The family is requesting our help to support their daily needs.
