Help Request from a Parkinson’s Disease patient

This request is for Velayudhan , a Parkinson’s Disease patient. He used to work as a coconut plucker until his illness become acute. His family drained all their resources for his prolonged treatment and now for the past few years he is bed ridden. His wife is not able to manage his treatment with the meager income she brings home. Please help the family
