Help request for Mitul, 39 years, living in Lansdale, PA. Mitul, a very dedicated husband, fun loving, and adventurous human being is on life support after suffering a cardiac arrest due to clots in his lungs since 4th July 2016 which also affected his brain. While everyone was celebrating Independence Day, Mitul has been struggling for his life. Mitul is 39 years old and at such a young tender age has left a loving wonderful wife Vani who is struggling to keep up with the medical expenses and taking care of his needs. Being a housewife, Vani also has various health issues and has been struggling to keep her own health well, now that she has to be strong by herself and support her struggling husband. We would be indebted to every single person that can help us get through this troubled time.
