This is a help request for Benny Varghese Vadayath, 46 years having issues with memory deficit and behavioral changes. He has systemic hypertension, diabetes mellitus and sleep apnea. Completely in need of someone else for day to day to life. Family has been treating him for many months, but can't afford due to the high expenses.
