This request is for Santhosh Kumar (45 year old) who is suffering from kidney disease.

His both the kidneys failed and has been undergoing treatment in Jubilee mission medical college, Trissur. Doctors have suggested a kidney transplant. Santhosh had lost his right leg in an accident ten years ago. He is working as lottery agent and is the only support to his wife and two kids.

This family is struggling to meet all expenses. I kindly request to consider this case and extend maximum help as early as possible.
