This help request is for Sincy James who is suffering from Degenerative Disc Disease with spinal canal stenosis at multiple level disc bulge. She can't walk without the help of somebody and her husband is a daily wage worker. They are living in the banks of a river and it quite difficult to meet the medical/daily expenses.
