This is a help request from Ramla Beevi for her son Noorullah K. Noorullah who is doing his final year B. Tech Mechanical Eng. (under the Speech and Hearing impairment program) in Kalasalingam University. Ramla Beevi, her husband and their only son Noorullah are deaf and mute by birth. The parents are both daily wage workers and struggling hard to pay for their son’s college tuition expenses.
