This is a help request for Suraj P T. (39 years old) who is suffering from chronic kidney failure. He is currently undergoing dialysis 3 times/week and is waiting for a kidney transplant. The cost of the transplant and postoperative care is around INR 30 lakhs ($50,000). Suraj is the only earing member of the family. The family is looking for help from all sources to pay the high cost for the transplant. His doctors say he could return back to his work and take care of his family after the transplant. Suraj was also my college mate at St Dominic’s College Kanjirappaly, Kottayam. I am opening this as a special case so all of his friends and college mates here in the U.S could also contribute to the cost for his treatment. Suraj has good hope that he would be able to go back to his normal life after the kidney transplant. I have attached all the required documents/details below.
